Introduction

Enchantress Filter (enchantressfilter.com) turns one photo into a short Halloween witch video. You upload one chest-up photo of a person or a pet, and the service returns a 15 second clip in which a black clawed hand takes the hand or paw, wipes over the lens, and the subject returns as a witch with a crown and witch makeup. This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, who else sees it, and how long we keep it.

Enchantress Filter is run by the same operator as Ricebowl AI (ricebowl.ai) and uses the same account system, credit balance, and billing, so information you give us on either site is held in the same account and handled under the practices described here.

Information Collection and Use

We collect the following types of data to provide the service:

1. Account Information

   • What We Collect: Your email address, display name, and anything else you enter when creating an account or signing in.
   • Purpose: To run your account, answer support requests, and deliver the videos you generate.

2. Uploaded Photo and Video Settings

   • What We Collect: The photo you upload for each video and the choice you make before generating: the witch look.

3. Usage Details

   • What We Collect: How often you generate, which options you choose, and how many credits you spend.
   • Purpose: To see which parts of the product work and to keep capacity ahead of demand.

4. Device Information

   • What We Collect: Device type, operating system, browser, and IP address.
   • Purpose: To render the site correctly on your device and to investigate technical faults.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

   • What We Collect: Small files stored on your device that hold your session and your interface preferences.
   • Purpose: To keep you signed in and to remember settings between visits.

6. Payment and Billing Information

   • What We Collect: Payment method details, billing address, and transaction records for credit purchases. Card numbers are handled by our payment provider and are not stored on our servers.

Photos of Other People

You upload one photo per video. AI Processing and Third-Party Model Provider

Enchantress Filter does not train or run its own video model. Every video on this site is generated by MiniMax H3, a video model provided by MiniMax. When you press generate:

• Your uploaded photo and your settings, together with a scene description written by us, are sent to MiniMax, through an API access partner that relays the request to MiniMax without changing it.
• This means your photo leaves our systems and is processed by MiniMax under its own privacy and data-handling practices, subject to data processing agreements.
• The music and the whoosh in each video are generated by the model. You cannot upload audio, and we do not collect any audio from you.
• Generated videos are stored on our servers so you can download them, and may be cached to make delivery faster.
• Videos you make here stay private by default and do not appear in a public gallery. You can choose to share one later, and anything you share can be copied by others, so do not upload photos you would not want others to see.

We are an independent service and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to MiniMax, DC, Warner Bros., any template app, or any other company, creator or public figure.

Data Storage and Security

Your data sits on cloud infrastructure with industry-standard encryption. The measures in place include:

• Encryption of data in transit and at rest
• Payment processing handled by an established payment provider rather than by us
• Monitoring and periodic security review
• Access controls and authentication on internal systems

No method of transmission or storage on the internet is completely secure, so we cannot promise absolute security.

MiniMax’s own usage policy still applies to what you generate, and some subject matter is restricted by that policy independently of this one.

Credit System and Billing

• The service runs on credits, which you buy and spend on videos. Your credit balance belongs to your shared account, so credits bought on either site can be spent on either site.
• Credit validity follows the plan terms shown at checkout. Subscription credits belong to the billing period they were issued in; one-time packs stay valid for the pack validity period stated at purchase.
• Billing is processed by our payment partner.
• We keep records of credit purchases and usage for account management and accounting.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes above:

• Account information stays while your account is active.
• Uploaded photos and generated videos may be cached for up to 30 days for delivery performance. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
• Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
• Usage analytics are anonymised and may be kept to guide product decisions.

Your Rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, including photos you uploaded and videos you generated. Where processing rests on your consent, you can withdraw that consent. Because your account is shared, a deletion request covers both sites. Write to the address below and we will answer within the period applicable law allows.
